After you purchased your Digital Planner you were sent an email with a link to download your Planner. Be sure to check your junk folder too. The email will come from BIG Life, using our Ecommerce email (noreply@samcart.com). This is the only link to your Planner so be sure to save the email.

Can I use my Planner on multiple devices?

Yes - Within the Apple Ecosystem, using the Goodnotes app, you can sync your Planner across multiple devices. You will need to have the Goodnotes App installed on all devices you wish to use it on.

How do I learn to use my digital Planner?

The best thing to do is work with it.  Try different features, play around with the functions, and just delete what you don't want.  The 'undo' button is your friend.  You will learn as you go.  Also, our Facebook Community is filled with digital planner 'experts' who know their way around and are super helpful in sharing tips and tricks.
