Our stunning 6 bedroom, 6 bath, Pensacola Beach, FL home is right on the white sandy beaches with turquoise waters steps away. Shared sleeping arrangements will be selected two weeks prior to retreat in order of ticket purchases (bedrooms feature 3 king beds, 4 queen beds, 2 twin beds, for a total of 16 guests). King and Queen beds are double occupancy. In addition, there are queen bunk beds in the downstairs game room which we are opening for just 4 additional ticket holders. There are no private bedrooms available for individual ticket holders. In- house meals are included each day along with all linens for your comfort.

The Emerald Coast has a hundred miles of the most stunning, white powdery beaches you will ever see. (We will see a whole lot of it together.) Beach cruiser bicycles will be our primary means of transportation as we explore all the beauty of this gorgeous area.

Our day adventures will bring us to some fabulous local restaurants where I will teach you how to order delicious food while staying on a healthy cleanse plan. (Restaurant meals and any chosen extra adventures are not included.)

Oh, and we’re once again having our ‘Thrift Store Formal’ night, so start hitting up your thrift store for the most ridiculous dress you can find and get ready for an epic photoshoot on the beach, as well as our fun loving 80’s day.

And one more thing ... yes, morning Polar Bear Plunges will be happening again, for those who dare!

Our time together is life changing. Enjoy sunrise on the beach and live devotional with us. Sip your morning coffee with us. Play late night games with us. Come dance and cook in the kitchen with us. Your retreat ticket includes 4 nights in our Pensacola Beach, Florida home, home- cooked healthy meals, group excursions, goal setting workshop, group sessions with Pamela, live devotionals and a mentoring session broadcast. There are no private rooms available. All rooms are shared with beds chosen 2 weeks prior to retreat in the order tickets were purchased. During our day trips we will enjoy casual dining at local restaurants (meals not included.)
